Facility will consider between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis. • Minimum 2 Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years. • Certifications should be listed on application at time of submittal. • BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications must be via American Heart Association, if the Certification is required by the unit. • Any previous probationary actions on license will be considered on case-by-case basis. • Perm employees CANNOT RETURN AS TRAVELERS FOR 2 YEARS AFTER LAST DATE WORKED PERM. • Current Vandalia Health System employees: please note, if candidate is currently employed at any Vandalia Health System facility (CAMC Health Systems, Mon Health Systems, Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, Webster Memorial Hospital, Grafton City Hospital, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, Minnie Hamilton Health System) working as perm, PRN, etc. they will not be eligible for a travel contract at this facility. This is a Health System policy that was set in place when the above health systems merged into Vandalia Health. • FULL FILE IS DUE NOON MONDAY PRIOR TO START. Insufficient documentation will result in a 2-week push. • Orientation is every other Thursday. Modules: • Modules are non-billable, average 8 hours spent on modules. • Modules are completed prior to start and are not included in the 16 hrs of NBO, and modules do not vary by specialty. • Modules are recorded on a transcript and monitored by the compliance team, who reports modules completion to the facility.
