Additional Job Details: • NOTE: Posted as MS Tele due to EKG requirement for all RNs & tele capable unit. However, the patient population will be primarily MS. • Schedule: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7aEOW. Must work 2 out of 4 holidays, Christmas Eve or Day, NYE or NYD. • Floating: Required if needed. All travelers subject to float across all Cone Health facilities. • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! • Certifications: BLS required. Traveler will be required to pass an EKG exam during onboarding. • Vaccinations: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. • Charting System: Epic experience REQUIRED. • Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics. • Daily Census: 16. • Number of Rooms: 30. • Number of Beds: 30. • Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary. • Patient Diagnoses: Observation patients, Respiratory conditions and or problems, General Medical Surgical Diagnoses as appropriate, Palliative, End of Life, Hospice patients, Psychiatric Observation, Diabetes (including new diabetics, patients with complications related to diabetes), Surgical patients, surgical observation. • EKG Testing: All RNs, regardless of specialty, are required to pass an EKG exam during compliance.
