IN LICENSE AND NBRC-RRT MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT - Hard stop First Time Travelers Accepted Shift: 3x12's or 4x12's. EOW required.
Certification Requirements: • ACLS • BLS • NBRC RRT • NRP (required for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) • Indiana State License Required • PALS preferred • Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA.
Skillset Requirements: • Must have L&D experience, as they will be primarily in L&D. • NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required • Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5
Minimum Experience Required: • 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
Unit Information: • NICU or PICU experience required. • Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.
Floating Requirements: • May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds, and floating to any of the 3 specialties can occur. • May also float to IU Health North Hospital
Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). **Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS**
