Additional Job Details: • Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, EOW. One Holiday and one evening during the holiday period required. No Call. • Experience: 2 years minimum, NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS. • Skills: Use of Rapid Response Teams. Orthopedic and Trauma Experience required. • Unit Focus: Specialize in pre-op and post-op ortho. Elective and/or trauma patient. • Patient Ratio: 1:6 (possible stretch to 7). • Charting System: EPIC required. • Patient Diagnoses: Total Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Replacements and Repairs; Ortho Trauma. • Special Equipment: Safe Patient Handling equipment; Ortho equipment including CPM, Knee Immobilizer, Bone Foam, and others. • Vaccines: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. • EKG Exam: All RNs, regardless of specialty, are required to pass an EKG exam during compliance. The candidate is allowed 2 attempts at a Pass/Fail requirement. Study material is not provided so please plan accordingly.
