Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Job Description: Unit: IMCU Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy Blue Unit Specifics: • Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op. • Specialty Equipment-Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo • Vents: Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist • Patient Demographics: 18 years - Adults • Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds / 15 designated Neuro beds
