7A Family Medicine: Hospital Extension U07A is a18 Bed Medical Surgical Unit at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston South Carolina. Family Medicine is similar to General Medicine and we see patients over their lifetime past eighteen years of age often times with chronic illnesses. With this we see more Medical patients, but we have surgical patients placed on the floor in smaller numbers.
