• Special Procedures/Unit Details : Small, hospital based, full service outpatient clinic offering PT, OT, SLP. Pediatric PT sees mostly developmental delay, torticollis, CP, orthopedic injuries. Acute care experience is preferred as therapists will float into the acute hosptial if outpatient census is low. Must be proficient and independent in OP services (medical based PT, not school based)Must be independent with assessments. Most used here for PT is the PDMS-2 Special Equipment : PT with pediatric home health exp or outpatient exp are accepted.

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

• Requires specific amount of exp.: at least 1 year required

• Valid State License: CA license must be in hand; No Temp Licenses accepted

• REFERENCES - Providence requires 2 Supervisory References covering 1 year within last 3 years (6 months for CNAs) during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs / Leads
