Additional Information: • Night Shift -13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation. • Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. • Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. • Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. • Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment. • Night shift - 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation - Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Types of procedures required: Medical Unit Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes; • Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2-10 years experience • Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, ACLS • Floating to other units/departments: May float to Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit • Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 77 • Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights • Dress Code: Professional nursing attire • Department specific training and orientation program: Orientation time provided for each unit • Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.
