Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.
Qualifications: • Active state licensure. • Minimum years of experience in specialty. • BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.

Job Specifics: • Full-Time 13-week opening for experienced RN in Neurology department. • Will work designated shift with two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician. • RN will care for both adult and pediatric patients. • New, modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon. • Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision. • Will be scheduled for three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend. • Must have ACLS, BLS & PALS. • Agency nurses will be floated to other departments where they are qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated.
