Position: Med/Surgical Float Pool Nurse Hours: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7AM- 7:30PM Total Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting • Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed • Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting • Current BCLS certification • Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring • Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Requirements: • Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5 • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
