• Patient Diagnoses: Cardiac Medical ICU, ACS, Acute MI, Cardiogenic Shock, Post interventional cardiac procedure patients, Decompensating heart failure, TAVR. Secondary diagnosis included to but not limited to GI bleed, chronic or acute renal failure, exacerbation of airway disease, diabetes mellitus, pneumonia, and r/o embolus.
