1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Goodwork, Inc. ("Goodwork," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Goodwork website, mobile application, and any associated services or features (collectively, the "Platform"). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodwork's liability for damages will not exceed $50. Goodwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Goodwork may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
