The job board that
pays you
Get half of what we receive from
anyone who hires you

For healthcare job seekers

Be a participant not a product
Any app that does not pay you and is "free to use" is treating you like their product by selling your attention. Don't be a product. Come to Goodwork where we pay you to participate

Get paid to participate
Get half of what we receive from anyone who hires you:
- 20% just for working
- 20% if your profile is complete
- 10% for weekly feedback

Transparency + Accountability = Trust
By automatically tracking and sharing choices, outcomes, and weekly feedback as Stats all sides can make more informed decisions.

Ghost busters
Soon, if any of your applications or messages are not responded to within 3 days it will be marked as ghosted and impact that recruiter's ghost rate. Ghosts beware, this goes both ways.

No more forms
Soon you'll get your own Goodwork assistant who can fill out everything for you and all you'll need to do is think out loud, brain dump, and document dump and your assistant will add it to your profile, apply on your behalf, etc. so all you need to do is tell your assistant what you want done and confirm it was done right.
For healthcare employers

Aligned incentives, not empty volume
Other job boards profit from activity, Goodwork only profits from results so we're focused on finding workers who actually start and stay in your roles.

Hire faster with fairness built in
No fees for onboarding, job posts, leads, or connecting to your ATS. Applicants flow automatically into your ATS. Pay only after the work is done, one week at a time so that if they stop working you stop paying.

Control who gets to your recruiters
Customize your requirements so incomplete and unqualified profiles cannot apply. Every applicant your recruiters see meets your criteria.

Relationships rule
When a recruiter already received an application from a candidate, Goodwork automatically routes that candidate's future applications to them. No confusion, no competition, just continuity and trust.
For healthcare recruiters

You're not just part of a company. You're part of Goodwork.
You're more than just an extension of the company you recruit for. So why do job sites treat you like you matter less? At Goodwork you're an equal participant, as essential as any organization or worker.

Qualified applicants only
Customize your requirements so incomplete and unqualified profiles cannot apply. Every applicant you see meets your criteria.

Limits = healthy pipelines
People can only apply to 3 jobs per day with a hard cap of 40 per month. Any job or recruiter with 20 unopened applications will not receive more applications until 3 have been opened.

Own your brand
Workers rate you separately from your company each week and you get to rate them as well. You keep your Goodwork stats if you start recruiting for a new organization so you don't have to start over when you get a new job.
Why it works
Every other job board profits from activity
Goodwork profits from outcomes.
We only earn when real work happens.
That keeps everyone focused on results, not noise.
Workers and employers share feedback each week that strengthens accountability.
Reliability, performance, and follow-through become visible across the marketplace.
When revenue depends on real work, trust becomes the foundation.
That is what makes Goodwork different.

Built for fairness and growth
All jobs expire after seven days unless renewed by a real person
Application limits keep response times fast
Verified pay ranges show true compensation
Weekly feedback builds collective insight
Payments flow only after verified work
Reputations grow through reliability and consistency

So happy I found this. Incredible app super easy to navigate and to stay up to date on the different stages of my application. And I just booked my first travel gig!!!! Super excited!
Awesome Job board app! Just what we've all been needing. Allows for easy certification storage and upload to all the current hot jobs. Plus easy communication with recruiters!!
This app is a game-changer! The idea of splitting the hiring fee 50/50 with healthcare professionals and only getting paid if they do is brilliant. It’s such a fresh take, treating pros like partners rather than products, why hasn’t anyone thought of this sooner?
So innovative and easy to work with. How refreshing to find a company that saw a problem in the industry and decided to take action to address the issue and make it better for everyone involved.
I'm a travel nurse who's tried all these job apps like Vivian, indeed, zip recruiter, etc. so here's the main differences I see the recruiters can only talk to you when you apply to their job which I like because I'm sick of all the spam
This app is great because it works for you! They don’t make money unless you are making money. Also it isn’t constantly spamming you like other apps. They can’t message you unless you apply for jobs. Would highly recommend!
Goodwork is going to be game changer in healthcare hiring. Clearly built by healthcare professionals and recruiters who’ve seen the flaws in traditional staffing models we know all too well, it flips the script, putting workers first with real transparency, control, and a 50/50 fee share.
I've been so sick of Vivian and another traveler said this app is killing Vivian. At first I was like this basic and ugly and not as many jobs as Vivian, but now I get it. This app only wins when I do and they give me half the fee they get from the agency!
i’ve tried tons of job apps and this is the only one where i get paid if i get hired. like they give you half of what the app makes?? never seen that before. also recruiters can’t see you unless you apply so no more random spam calls or texts. and if a recruiter ghosts you it shows up on their profile lol
This healthcare staffing app has been a game-changer for me. As a healthcare professional, finding reliable shifts that fit my schedule used to be stressful and time-consuming, but this app makes the process incredibly smooth.
