Cerner Experience preferred Inpatient acute care rehab team of 19 professionals. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacement, fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson, ambulation, etc. OT is expected to evaluate, develop and follow POC that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities to improve function and asses appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on daily basis. Scrub color: Royal Blue, Black shoes Charting: Cerner Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). • Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson, amputation etc. OT is expected to evaluate, develop and follow POC that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities to improve function and to assess appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendation on a daily basis. Supervise and guide COTAs with POC. Work with the team to manage daily caseload, attend multidisciplinary rounds and complete documentation daily. Experience in managing high acuity ICU/PCU is preferred.
