It is common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets. AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. Note for Seaside floating only: If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive an incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
