Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center. • Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred • Type of Patients on Unit: We are a level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center • Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible

Overview: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: • Stand and walk most of the time on duty. • Lift and push patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs. • Usually work in a clean, air-conditioned area. • Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
