AUTO OFFER - 36 OR 48 HOUR OPTION Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN. Night shifts, 4 -12 hour shifts Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

#Tier3 Travel Compliance Standard • Qualivis Cover Sheet completed and filled in; please submit candidate's interview availability within cover sheet in the notes section. • All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission • Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System • Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. • Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. • Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. • ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. • For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile. • Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. • PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. • BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case • Facility does not accept any license hits. • EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. • All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. • Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. • IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. • Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy • PAPRs: PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption • Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. This can be done as soon as all required modules are completed.
Modules: • Modules are billable, max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable • Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty • Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, this only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and applies to travelers have been on contract for a continuous year.
