Patient Diagnoses : Low and High risk labor patients antepartum with multiples, hypertensive disorders, diabetic conditions, multiple system issues. Labor patients with multiple system disorders (HTN, DM, etc.).
Obstetrician at facility. Typically follow AWHONN standards - if in active labor ratio is 1:1. If early labor no more than 2.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Circulate and recover cesarean sections, PP d&c. AWHONN Advanced is a Hardstop, must have certification prior to submittal - Will take C-EFM in lieu of Advanced AWHONN. Precepting not required but preferred - per manager "I do find that those who have precepted in their usual life/previous work are better able to fit into our pace and have developed a stronger patient management skill set."
