Additional Unit Information: • Interdisciplinary Support : Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary • Patient Diagnoses : High Risk perinatal care. Level III, 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, 7 bay triage • AWHONN or Relias Fetal Monitoring will be acceptable for this unit. • Ideally, candidates should have experience in facilities that handle 200+ deliveries. However, we are open to considering applicants with experience in facilities with 100-200 deliveries, please screen these candidates • Special Procedures/Unit Details : Goal is to staff 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in PP with CNA support, 1:2-3 in antepartum • Triage is staffed with 3 skilled RNs/shift • 2 Surgical techs for days, 2 Surgical techs on nights • 3 CNAs per shift in Postpartum to assist RNs with care • 3-4 Delivering providers 24/7 • 2 CRNAs 24/7 • 2 Health Unit Coordinators 24/7 • Hardstop must have SVE
