Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Description:
* Variable Shifts - 0800-1630, 0630-1500, 0730-1600, 0700-1530
* MINIMAL ONLY AS NEEDED 1830-0700, majority of shifts will be DAYS
* Every third weekend 0900-2100

Certifications Required: ARRT R, BLS

* Abdomen without and/or with contrast

Image Display and Post Processing Required:
* Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)

Professional Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Preparation and/or administration of contrast media
* Starting Peripheral IVs

Special Procedures Required:
* Aspirations
* Biopsies
* Colonography or virtual Colonography
* CT arthrography
* Drainage
* Myelography
* Vascular CTA

Spine and Musculoskeletal Required:
* Cervical
* Lumbar
* Musculoskeletal trauma
* Thoracic

Additional Skills Required:

Unit Accepts First Timer Travelers

Typical general radiology exams in a community hospital setting. Clinician will be expected to do BOTH CT and X-ray

Floating to other units and/or facilities is an expectation for all travelers.

Minimum of 1 year Acute experience. Some units require more, which will be outlined in unit descriptions.

For Ohio facilities ONLY: Fingerprinting required for these units: Patient transport, Pediatric, Peds Psych, Psych/Behavioral Health, Childrens - all specialties (clinical + non-clinical): Ohio FBI/BCI results take 4-6 weeks to result. Travelers cannot start with results pending no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and allow the correct lead time of 4-6 weeks out from signing.

Schedules: Clinicians schedule can be changed with two-weeks notice to balance the schedule

Modules:
* Modules are billable and non-billable
* Non-billable: first 4 hours spent on modules are non-billable
* Billable: any time spent on modules exceeding 4 hours is billable, up to 8 additional hours (12 hours total)
* Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty
* Modules are facility reported
