Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.
Qualifications: • Active state licensure in [specify relevant states] (e.g., RN, LPN, PT, OT). • Minimum [number] years of experience in [specialty]. • BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.

Additional Information: • 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience NOT required they will NOT be floating to ED). • Ratio 4-6:1 (Depending on patient mix). • BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required. • Galaxy Blue & White scrubs. • Adult and Geriatric population. • EMR: Epic. • HCP MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED-WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES AS WELL. • DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. • FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile). • FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. • ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. • Culture is VERY important here.
