Speech therapists develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations. Communication treatment plans may include techniques that not only help the individual to be better understood but also help them better understand others. Leads, guides, and directs the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in the facility following local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of SLP experience - Required
• TX License or compact - Required
