Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Valid CA License in hand. Local radius: 50 Mile Radius Rule Applies. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Specific Charting Exp.: Epic. Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler. REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs / Leads. *****Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.***** Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
