Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in).
We have PCT s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG s and any sort of activity of daily living. We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines.
Special Requirements: • MS/Tele • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Management of dysrhythmias • IV insulin protocols • Feeding tube care and management • Heparin Protocols • Manage Cardiac drips- no titration • Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac • External CPAP/BIPAP • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) • Tracheostomy care/management • Wound Care/Wound Vac
Patient Diagnosis: infection, altered mental status, pain, increased level of care
