Additional Job Details: • CANNOT TAKE TIME OFF IN THE WEEK BETWEEN CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR. • MUST WORK 2 of the 3 MAIN HOLIDAYS (Thanksgiving / Christmas / New Year). • Unit: LTAC ICU - Nights. • Experience: 1 year experience needed. LTAC experience preferred. Will consider nurses with 1+ years of recent experience in unit. • EMR experience: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required. • Floating: Prisma Health's goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented. • Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics. • Daily Census: 35. • Unit Details: 12 Bed ICU, 35 Bed Med-Surg Unit. Staff work both units. • Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary. • Patient Diagnoses: 18 yrs +, Vent Weaning, Wound Care, Spinal cord injury. Trach/Peg.
