Recent Charge experience is required. CHARGE PCU RN - Charge RNs will receive a pay increase. SHIFT: 4x12s Block Scheduling Thurs-Sun. Fri-Sun schedule will be working charge. Ratios: Charge Nurses are expected to take a limited patient assignment if staffing requires. PCU is budgeted at a 3:1 with a max ratio of 4:1, and a full assignment for Charge is 2:1. PCU RNs will be at 4:1 before Charge goes into staffing. Years of experience REQ: 18 months. First timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Yes. Certs REQ: ACLSD, BLS, (NIH Preferred). Is on-call REQ? Special Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardiac & Vasoactive drips, BiPAP and High Flow Oxygen required. Level I, II, III, or IV required.
