Shift Notes:  8hr days 40hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 4-6 weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed

On-Call Requirements: No Call

Travel Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.

** For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after

New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after NOTE – Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO TRIO/ PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care.

Submission Requirements

• 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License required for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Acute care experience preferred
• Master or Doctorate Degree required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Clinical Fellow candidates accepted
• MA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIRED
• Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
