** TRAVELER CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND LICENSE CHECKS WITH NO FINDINGS!

** SOCIAL WORKER FOR THIS NEED WILL BE TRAINED TO DO FACILITY CRISIS EVALUATIONS IN THE ED/ER (CPI and AMSR required).

** TRAVELER MUST BE A LICSW! TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY

Submission Requirements

• Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience  - Required
• AMSR and CPI/Welle -REQUIRED IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD - Client will not pend any certs
• MUST BE A LICENSED, INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW)
• Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required
• Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Permanent address must be added to the profile
• ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROFILE
