Shift Notes: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8.30-5p 32hr gt

Weekend Requirements: Part of Shift /Holiday rotation required

**  For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after

New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after. NOTE – Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care.

Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:

• splints,
• orthoses
• prostheses,
• wheelchairs,
• ADL equipment
• Modalities.
• Candidate required to be Home Health Certified

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years current experience required
• Inpatient experience required
• Doctorate required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• Perm address must be included in profile
• ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROFILE
