A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) to implement treatment plans, assist patients with exercises, administer therapeutic modalities like heat and electrical stimulation, and provide education on post-treatment care. Key duties include observing patients' progress, applying massage and stretches, helping patients use assistive devices such as walkers and canes, and documenting treatment sessions by recording patient progress and reporting findings to the PT
