Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day:  Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8

Shift Notes: Primary hours are 0700 (daily huddle conducted) - 1530 - 40 hrs guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: Rare call or weekend may be needed if an emergency arises.

On-Call Requirements: Rare call or weekend may be needed if an emergency arises.

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 35-mile radius restriction)

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and managing staff to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities often involve setting and optimizing procedures, managing budgets and resources, and monitoring performance metrics. Depending on the industry, this role may focus on improving business efficiency or ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of a specific department like an operating room.

This is a leadership role. The bill rate is a flat bill rate and there are no markups.

Submission Requirements

• 3 years Leadership OR, PACU, Pre/Post-Op Ambulatory Surgery Experience - Required
• Circulator experience - Required
• Please note: they will need to float to McLaren Caro on occasion - mileage is not covered

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• Michigan

Additional License Requirements
