General Comments Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile.

General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 22 Number of Staff 60 Type of staff: • Day Shift 1 charge, RNs depending on census (1:2 ratio) sometimes (1:1 ratio), PCT is as needed • Night Shift - 1 charge, RNs depending on census (1:2 ratio) sometimes (1:1 ratio), PCT is as needed Patient Ratios 1:2, sometimes 1:1 Type of equipment IABP, Impella, Ventiator, Arterial Line, Swan-Ganz catheters, SLED/TABLO machines, Belmont rapid infuser, traction, EVD, nitric oxide, Hemisphere EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) No
Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. NIH, BLS, ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma credentials (TNCC, TCAR) Post-op cardiac surgery experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Rapid sequence intubation, CABG and valve replacements, Thrombectomies, EVD insertions, SLED/TABLO, MTP, Cardioversion, IABP/Impella, TNK administration, vasopressors, IV sedation
