SCHEDULE: 3-12's or 4-10's YOU CHOOSE! This is a full-time day position with weekend rotation, no call.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). • Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required. • Flu Vaccine required - no exemptions.
