Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN

Ratios: Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)

• We have PCT s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG s and any sort of activity of daily living
• We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope
Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed

Pending License accepted: NRTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

Patient Diagnosis: Acute respiratory failure, CHF, COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, sepsis

Special Equipment: BIPAP, CPAP, High Flow, Ventilators, trach, chest tubes
