** THIS IS AN ADAPTIVE ACUITY UNIT! ON OCCASION, TRAVELERS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PCU CARE (3:1 ratio). THIS CARE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE AND MAY NOT BE REFUSED.

** NOTE: 48HRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!  NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following:  Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of CURRENT med surg/tele experience required
• CHARGE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Please note charge experience on profile
• PCU experience Strongly REQUIRED
• DRIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY INPATIENT UNIT WITHIN THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE
• MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED - NON-NEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
• Small critical access facility experience preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address must be included in profile
