Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Qualifications:
• Active state licensure.
• Minimum years of experience in specialty.
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.

Unit Specifics:
• Must have OB and ER experience.
• Obstetrics - Must have OB and MS experience.
• Need 1 OB RN with MedSurg experience.
• Shift is 1745-0600.
• They will work medsurg as needed and could work more medsurg then OB.
• This is a small rural CAH so must have previous CAH experience.
• CPSI/ Perigen charting.
• 1:1 OB patient ratio.
• 1:3 MS patient ratio (avg).
• Will NOT have any Charge differential.
• Any color scrubs.
• Local traveler accepted at same rate.
• Prefer previous travel experience.
• Occasionally may take Charge.
• BLS ACLS Fetal Heart Certification and NRP required.
• Flu vaccine is strongly Preferred but religious and medical exemptions are accepted and they may decline but will be required to wear a mask during the flu season.
