Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.
Qualifications: • Active state licensure. • Minimum years of experience in specialty. • BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.
Will be working Med Surg and PCU. FLOATING REQUIRED, including to other campuses, MS Units, PCU units, and ED Hold. 5W MS/Tele; 36 Bed Unit, Ratio's 5-6:1 RN. 2 years of PCU experience required. EMR: Epic. Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. DEGREE ACCREDITATION VERIFICATION REQUIRED or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
Radius Rule 50 miles enforced. NO LOCALS ACCEPTED. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
