X-Ray Tech - Outpatient Providence Imaging Center. This position is at the Providence Imaging Center, an outpatient imaging center connected to Providence Alaska Medical Center.

• Assignment Length: 26 or 13 Weeks
• Shift: 5x8 Day Shift (08:00 - 16:30)
• Providence Imaging Center is open 6:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday and 7:00am-3:45pm on Saturdays. The clinician can expect to work any variation of 8-hour shifts within those days/times each week.

• Floating: Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs, within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.

• RTO Restrictions: Prefer little to No RTO
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks (Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks)

Unit Information:
• Outpatient Imaging Center
• The successful candidate will perform diagnostic x-ray, fluoroscopy (limited, esophagram, UGI, SBFT, enema, arthrograms and HSG are most common) and dexa.
• X-RAY department - ED Trauma, OR, Fluoro & Portable for all age ranges.
• 1-2 years hospital x-ray experience, preferably level 2 trauma or above.
• Alaska requires 10 hours of fluoro specific training.
• Limited fluoro from 8:30am to 12:00pm (Esophagrams, UGI, SBFT, Enemas, HSG, Arthrograms).
• Also perform walk-in x-ray and dexas.
