Assignment Start Date:  11/24/2025

13 weeks | Days| 8-hour shifts | 40 hours guaranteed week

The Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team in developing, administering and implementing the therapeutic services designed to help patients regain their optimal level of function in meaningful daily activities including self care, leisure and work. Must currently be licensed in the State of Oregon.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 3 years of previous OT experience preferred

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current unencumbered State of Oregon license to practice as an Occupational Therapist is required

EMR System: EPIC knowledge/experience preferred
