13 weeks | Varied | 10-hour shift | 40 hours guaranteed weekly

Evaluates, selects, performs, and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients, upon physician’s referral. Works with family and health team members regarding the patient’s abilities and goals.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have current knowledge of occupational therapy as related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures, general medicine, surgical, and mental health concepts. Understands the principles of the team approach and recognizes the capabilities and limitations of other team members.
- Must have experience in pediatrics.
- Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills.
- Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect, are required.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must be at least eligible for a license or current license from the State of Oregon.
- A current, valid Oregon driver’s license is required.
- Current CPR certification required.
EMR: Cerner knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: 40 hrs/week, 10 hr shifts
