EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 1 years of Home health and case management experience required
• Strongly prefer an experienced traveler

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
• BLS/BCLS, ACLS

EMR System: McKesson experience is preferred

Shift: Sunday - Thursday
