CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital is an 80-bed inpatient facility for acute rehabilitation located in Asheville, NC. A regional referral center, we offer rehabilitation programs for a multitude of illnesses, injuries and conditions, from stroke to traumatic brain injury to amputation.

From traditional physical, occupational and speech therapies to specialty rehabilitation programs, CarePartners provides a full continuum of post-acute rehabilitative care. In many cases, CarePartners is the only health care provider in the region with these services.

Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds: 65
• Patient Ratios: 5-6
• Unit staffing description: CNAs available all shifts. 11 hours of unit secretary support
• Type of equipment: IV Pumps. Specialty Beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, Life vests
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 3- 12 hour shifts mostly weekends
• Floating policy: no floating, all units are connected and interchangeable
• Patient Experience requirements: Med surge, rehab a plus

• Certifications: CARF and Joint Commission
• CarePartners is the only Rehab Hospital in Western NC. We are not a SNF!

Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:
• Must have: Advanced skills needed:
• Procedures performed on unit: Two dialysis rooms, but nurses come from Mission to perform.
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Dress Code: Navy scrubs with white tops
