Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius, Locals are accepted at a lower rate Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs and Leads. Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
