Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Description: Position Summary: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
Minimum Qualifications: • Required Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) • American Heart Association BLS • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider required • Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate of Completion (or equivalent AWHONN approved course) required • American Heart Association ACLS required • Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing • One year labor and delivery RN experience or PACU experience

Schedule Requirements • This role requires regular and sustained attendance. The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts. On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
Additional Information • Must be willing to float to MB to take couplets • Transition Nurse Circulate/PACU Triage • Must be willing to float to other units as safety companion or nurse aide • Night Shifts; 3 forced calls within contract term are expected • Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
