Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Qualifications:
• Active state licensure in [specify relevant states] (e.g., RN, LPN, PT, OT).

• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or others as required by specialty).

FLOATING REQUIRED, including to other campuses, PCU units, and ED Hold. GCMC MPCU 4E/4W; 46 Bed Unit, Ratio 5-6:1; Epic EMR, BLS & ACLS Required. 2 years PCU experience required. Must be helpful and engaged on unit with patients and staff. Galaxy Blue or White scrubs. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
