Telemetry rhythm capabilities, critical thinking, time management, able to assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN / Manager / Rapid Response / Provider when acuity level changes. Good communication. On time for work shifts. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
