Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation. • Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.

Skills Required: • FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Management of dysrhythmias • Multi-system organ failure • Obtain 12 lead EKG • IV insulin protocols • Chronic/Acute Renal failure • Accessing Ports • Arterial line management • Blood Product Administration • Central line care/management • PICC line management • Starting IVs • Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade • Continuous IV sedation • Emergency Medications • Procedural Sedation Administration • Titrate Cardiac drips • Titrate Vasoactive drips • CVA/Acute Stroke management • Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun • Assist with management of BiPAP • Assist with management of CPAP • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) • Interpretation of ABGs • Suctioning (ETT, NT) • Ventilator Management • Infection Prevention • Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE • Phlebotomy • Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac • Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal • Care of Ventilated Patient
RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO MAX. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS Please Note: Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
