13 weeks |  Days/Nights  | 12-Hour Shift | 36 hours per week guaranteed

The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team who is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. The RN will be required to assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests. They will be involved in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Accepting only PCU/Stepdown nurses with tele experience
• 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and a BSN are required

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must possess a valid State of New Hampshire RN license.
• BLS/BCLS certification is required.
• ACLS required.
• NIHSS recommended

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred.

Shift: 7p-7a (4 x 12hrs and 3 x 12hrs available)

Scrubs: navy blue scrubs required

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

**Up to 16 hours of orientation are unpaid. **The client has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
