• Knowledge of how to care for intubated patients
• Knowledge of how to care for patients with titrating vasoactive meds
Preferred or nice to have:candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• MICU/SICU background
• Ability to care for device patients

• Intubation, extubation, bedside bronchoscopy, bedside line insertion
• Recovery from general surgery
