Travel Compliance: • RTO: Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for time off in the first two weeks of the assignment, or for full calendar weeks off during assignment. Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment. Expect to work some holidays. • 1 year experience required unless otherwise stated • Must be licensed to practice in SC at time of submission, no pending licenses accepted • Mile Radius Rule: 50 miles radius rule • 2 supervisory references required • Locals accepted at local rate • Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by • Copy of Certifications • Former perm staff must be gone for 5 year before eligible to return as a traveler • OT is after 48 for candidates confirmed to 4x12's. • Guaranteed Hours: 48
